Fighting milfoil control is a very expensive proposition. For example, in 2009 the Association spent over $100,000 on the effort. It also coordinated hundreds of hours of volunteer work worth many thousands of dollars more. We hope to some day have the effort reduced to a maintenance operation, which will require a significantly smaller yearly expense. However, until that point is reached substantial expenses will continue.
This is a very serious problem facing the lake, and your finacial support is badly needed. We are a 401c3 organization, and thus all donations are tax deductable.
